Hapkido
Hapkido is a comprehensive Korean martial art emphasising versatility, incorporating joint locks, throws, strikes, and kicks. Every class is a workout. It focuses on the principles of circular motion, non-resistance, and control of an opponent through force redirection and balance manipulation. Hapkido is designed for self-defence, promoting physical fitness, flexibility, and mental discipline. Its techniques allow practitioners to defend against various attacks, making it suitable for all ages and skill levels.

Beginners BJJ
Beginners BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) introduces participants to the foundational techniques and principles of this grappling-based martial art, focusing on ground fighting and submission holds. We believe it’s the perfect addition to our main style of Hapkido. It’s like Hapkido on the ground. The goal is to teach control, leverage, and positioning, enabling a smaller person to defend against a larger adversary through skillful application of techniques. This discipline emphasises learning in a safe, supportive environment, encouraging physical fitness, problem-solving skills, and personal growth.
Kick Boxing
Take what you are learning from Hapkido and introduce it into Kick Boxing. Combine the punches, kicks, and footwork from Hapkido into combinations as your play spar with your team mates. Focus on technique, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and agility, providing a comprehensive workout.
